Sangath’s work unfolds across India through a network of hubs that anchor our research, practice, and partnerships in local contexts, while remaining deeply connected to a shared organisational vision. Our hub model allows us to stay close to communities, respond to regional needs, and build specialised areas of excellence—while ensuring that learning, innovation, and impact flow seamlessly across locations.
Goa, Headquarter
Goa is home to Sangath’s headquarters and serves as the organisational anchor for our work across India. From here, strategic leadership, cross-cutting research, and institutional systems are coordinated, ensuring coherence and quality across programmes and geographies.
The Goa Hub is also a centre of excellence for addiction and related research, housing teams that focus on substance use, behavioural addictions, and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Bhopal Hub
The Bhopal Hub is a key centre for Sangath’s work on inclusive, equitable, and people-centred mental health care. Alongside programmes focused on perinatal and adult mental health, reflecting Sangath’s commitment to supporting wellbeing across the life course.
Rooted in strong community partnerships and health system engagement, the Bhopal Hub works to strengthen access to quality mental health care for underserved populations.
Delhi Hub
The Delhi Hub hosts Sangath’s Child Development Group and leads our work on youth mental health, reflecting a long-standing commitment to early intervention and life-course approaches to wellbeing.
Located within a dynamic policy and practice environment, the Delhi Hub works closely with schools, colleges, communities, government systems, and civil society organisations.
