Donations to Sangath are eligible for 50% tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961. This tax exemption is valid for Indian donors.
All donations will be acknowledged, and donors will receive regular communication from Sangath about its programmes and activities.

Do I get a tax-deduction receipt for my donation?

Donations to Sangath are eligible for 50% tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961. This tax exemption is valid for Indian donors. You will receive an 80G receipt via email for the amount you donate to Sangath.

Your donation will be used based on the cause you select on our donation form. You can also choose to let Sangath decide where to allocate your funds based on where it is most needed.
