Ritu Shrivastava


Director of Qualitative Research, Sangath

Ritu Shrivastava is a trained public health researcher with over a decade of experience managing large-scale research and implementation projects at Sangath. With an academic background in, social work, and public health, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to her work.

At Sangath, Ritu has led various aspects of research, including the development of digital interventions, the design and management of learning management systems (LMS), and the adaptation of evidence-based interventions—such as the WHO’s Self Help Plus—for frontline health workers in Madhya Pradesh.

She has contributed to around 25 peer-reviewed publications as lead and co-lead author and has a strong interest in qualitative research. She has led qualitative components across several key studies and implementation programs.

Currently, Ritu serves as the Director of Qualitative Research and a Co-Investigator on multiple research projects, including Project AANAND, SHARP-2, MENTOR and MANTHAN.
