Dr. Azaz Khan is a psychologist with a Ph.D. and over 17 years of professional experience across diverse domains, including psychometric tool development, psychotherapeutic services ,psychological intervention design, global mental health research, and implementation science. His expertise lies in designing and evaluating evidence-based, low-intensity psychosocial interventions for the treatment of mental disorders and promotion of well-being, strengthening public mental health systems, designing and implementing large-scale capacity-building initiatives for healthcare providers, and clinical supervision. 

Dr. Khan played a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and scale-up of the “ManKaksh” model in Madhya Pradesh, contributing to the integration of structured mental health services within public healthcare systems. With over 35 peer-reviewed publications, he currently serves as the Director of Training and Interventions at Sangath’s Bhopal Hub, where he co-investigates several research projects, including AANAND, MENTOR, and MANTHAN.
